Do You Take Insurance?
We are an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not bill insurance directly. As a courtesy, we provide a complimentary insurance verification form detailing your plan’s out-of-network benefits and anticipated out-of-pocket costs. We can also submit superbills to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursement.
For Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members, services may be available through an approved Letter of Agreement (LOA).
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit cards, FSA & HSA cards.
Is An Assessment Required Before Treatment Begins?
An assessment is required if one has not been completed within the past 6 months. The clinician will review available information and determine whether additional assessment is needed before treatment begins.
How Long Are Treatment Sessions?
Treatment sessions are typically 30 and 45 minutes in length and can be customized to fit the client's & family needs.
AAC training sessions for family and staff can be customized (30,60,90 minutes) to fit the client & family needs.
Do You Provide Services In The Home?
Primarily, we offer services in our Pleasant Hill, CA office at this time. In-home services are provided on a case-by-case basis and based on availability. For those in wheelchairs, we have accessible facilities. We also offer services via teletherapy for families outside of the San Francisco East Bay area who are seeking specialty care.

Not at this time.
Do You Offer Parent Education Classes?
Yes we offer parent education classes on a variety of topics including Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), speech & language milestones & development, and strategies for supporting communication at home.
